Vacancies at Young Lee


Young Lee letting agents are seeking a new permanent member to join their team.

The applicant should be well organised and approachable. Have good working knowledge of Word/Excel (being IT savvy would really help!) with excellent customer service skills and friendly manner both face to face and on the phone.  Training of industry software will be provided. Previous office experience preferred.

Predominantly office based, there will be scope to also get out on some viewings and other appointments so a full driving licence is required

Above all we are looking for a team player

Between 18-24 hours per week to include Saturday mornings.

Duties to include:

  • Booking appointments
  • Taking phone calls
  • Filing
  • Booking keys in and out (and chasing their return !)
  • Drafting letters
  • Sending check in and out reports to all parties
  • Making up property files
  • Referencing of applicants
  • Tenancy renewals
  • Mid-term inspections – typing them up and sending them out as well as booking them in
  • Printing invoices and assigning them to our system
  • General office duties
  • Managing emails to lettings
  • Assist with marketing of properties
  • Conducting viewings
  • Taking post

Salary dependent upon experience
