  1. Tidy the outdoor space

It can be easy to forget, but as the first thing many people will see when looking at your property, tidying the outside can be as important as tidying the inside, when looking to rent out your property in Brighton and Hove.

Simply mowing the lawn, tidying away the children’s toys and doing some weeding can make all the difference.
