Tenant Screening

All Young Lee’s tenants are vetted thoroughly via an external credit referencing company before a tenancy is agreed in order to determine their suitability and ability to meet the criteria of the Tenancy Agreement.  References are obtained from employers and any previous landlord if applicable and IDF and credit checks are also conducted.

Inventories

A clear, accurate and detailed inventory is essential when letting your property, especially with the introduction of the Tenancy Deposit Protection legislation.  A detailed inventory conducted at the start of the tenancy leads to much higher incidents of the property being returned to the landlord to the same standard less normal wear and tear at the end of the tenancy

All our inventories are prepared by highly experienced inventory clerks providing landlords with a comprehensive record of both the condition and content of the property both at check in and check out.
