Pet deposit Returnable additional security deposit of To cover the added risk of damage. This will be protected with your security deposit in a government-authorised scheme and may be returned at the end of the tenancy. The keeping of a pet must be pre-agreed with the landlord. £200

Introductory (Tenant find) – 6 month tenancy Two weeks rental plus VAT
Introductory (Tenant find) – 12 month tenancy Three weeks rental plus VAT
Basic (Rent collection) 10% + VAT
Fully Managed 15% + VAT

To arrange Portable Appliance Test (PAT) safety check (recommended every 5 years) £24
To arrange installation of smoke alarms/CO detectors £24
To carry out mid-term inspection (to inspect and provide a written report to the landlord either in addition to those already carried out under our full management service or as an additional service to those under our Basic letting service) £30
Where a statutory tenant occupies the property, applications to renew the rent to the rent officer will be charged at £120
