SUMMARY OF TENANT FEES (INCLUSIVE OF VAT @ 20%)

Administration fee - garages/commercial (processing the application, arranging the tenancy and contract negotiations) £90

Introductory (Tenant find) – 6 month tenancy Two weeks rental plus VAT

Basic (Rent collection) 9% + VAT
Fully Managed 12% + VAT
