FEES FOR TENANTS (all fees inclusive of VAT)

Administration Fee -including referencing (processing the application, arranging the tenancy and contract negotiations) £200 per person

Fees charged dependent on level of service offered:
Introductory (Tenant find) – 6 month tenancy Two weeks rental plus VAT
Introductory (Tenant find) – 12 month tenancy Three weeks rental plus VAT
Basic (Rent collection) 8% + VAT
Fully Managed 15 10% + VAT

Where a statutory tenant occupies the property, applications to renew the rent to the rent officer will be charged at £120
