Young Lee has been established since 2001. The managing partner Juliette Smith has over 20 years letting experience in Brighton, together with a team of dedicated and experienced staff, Young Lee provides a professional and friendly service with a hands on ‘can do’ approach.

The Brighton and Hove letting market is now one of the largest outside of London and attracts a wide variety of prospective tenants.

As well as dealing with assured shorthold tenancies, Young Lee also deal with company lets, garages, HMOs and assured tenancies, which all have different rules and regulations. We also deal with student accommodation, subject to guarantors being obtained.

In addition to this, we are also a part of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) operated by The Dispute Service.  In the unlikely event of a deposit dispute, our membership enables us to call for independent adjudications.
